Angie & Jay were wonderful host. The grounds and scenery were amazing! We enjoyed the fire-pit and the hot tub each evening after a long day of visiting the distilleries. Prior to our visit, I spoke with Jay about booking the tour with him. I explained to him what we were interested in and within no time he had texted me an itinerary of distilleries to visit and tour and tastings at select ones. What a fantastic tour guide! His knowledge of the distilleries and history of the craft made our visits to each bourbon distillery, memorable along with the little extras, such as a bottle signing and some photo ops with a few of the owners and master distillers! Oh, and the tours and tastings are not to be missed! Thanks Jay and Angie, we’ll be back and so will our friends. Cheers!!

We absolutely loved our short stay in Cabin #2. From the handwritten personalized welcome sign on the kitchen counter, to our final cup of coffee on the porch; looking over the beautiful grounds in the golden morning light, every minute was a delight of discovery. The koi ponds and waterfalls were the perfect backdrop to walk to; to watch the sunset; and the perfectly appointed kitchen allowed us to turn our leftovers into a gourmet meal, enjoyed at the cute counter level table. The hot tub was the perfect place to view the almost-full moon, and after enjoying more time on the porch, we slept in an extremely comfortable bed and awoke refreshed and renewed; thanks to the extremely peaceful surroundings.

Can’t wait to return when we have more time to discover all the wonderful sites to see on one of the personally guided bourbon tours! Thanks again for our lovely night in Lawrenceburg!
