Our cancellation and refund policy is straightforward and applies to all reservations. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations to cover credit card processing fees. Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival are eligible for a full refund, minus the 5% cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled between 10 and 29 days before arrival, 50 percent of the booking total will be refunded. Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before arrival are non-refundable. This policy helps us manage availability while remaining fair to guests planning their stay. We encourage reviewing these terms carefully before booking and reaching out with any questions, so expectations are clear if plans change.
